Subsea Pipeline Systems

Trident Australasia Pty Ltd (TDJV) was contracted to install the Longtom pipeline and facilities project of Nexus Energy Ltd. In order to support them in this million-dollar undertaking, they enlisted UDL Marine in January 2008 for the steel fabrications.

UDL Marine leveraged on its open sea front area of 47,000sq.m and 228m length of sea wharf as they made it ideal for the project’s sea and land transportation requirements. Furthermore, the workshop - with two overhead hoists of 10T and 15T each - has ample space that allowed for concurrent fabrication of different parts, thereby saving time and money.

In September 2008, the pipelines were finished on time and were ready to be delivered.
