About UDL Holdings Limited The UDL Group originated in the late 1940s when founded by the late Mr Leung Man Kwong, initially specializing in salvage, harbour engineering and shipbuilding works and expanded into marine and civil engineering in the 1960s. By the late 1980s, under the management of Mr Leung Yat Tung, the UDL Group began a process of strategic restructuring which successfully placed itself in a strong position to undertake various projects in different engineering aspects. To cope with the rapid expansion of market demand in the early 1990s, the Group went public in 1991 under UDL Holdings Limited. Through major acquisitions in Hong Kong, PRC (Dongguan and Zhong Shan) and Singapore, the UDL Group has established the reputation as one of Hong Kong's most versatile multi-disciplinary engineering group.
